For 1st bundle of the Nice Till Valhalla Never Kneel shirt new diapers you stated there would be 8 packs instead of 7 I only got 7 packs and ive been trying to get ahold of any one in customer service for 2 days. Yesterday morning I checked my bank account and noticed two charges from your company I was not made aware that these charges would happen I called immediately went on chat 630am as soon as it was open I asked to have these orders cancelled and refunded one was cancelled but the other was not I was told if it ended up going to the shipping carrier you would have it sent back to you and I would be refunded this did not happen and now its on its way to me I have now been only offered a partial refund and am stuck with diapers too small for my child I am very concerned that the honest company charges their customers without informing them beforehand then will not fully refund them for products they do not want need. I ordered all of this on christmas and I got all of it today thank you guys for the great sale and i'm so excited it's finally here so I can play with it I was also surprised to see a few free samples of products I wanted to try as well I understand you guys were backed up with orders but I appreciate being able to get 30 items for less than 26Nice Till Valhalla Never Kneel shirt Nice Till Valhalla Never Kneel shirt
